If everything is in my mind, why do i need a therapist ?
Our subconscious holds all the deep awareness about us. We naturally access it in our dreams while we sleep and heal, which is why sleep is such an important part of our healing process. In hypnotherapy, we gently access the subconscious mind while you are still awake, so both your conscious and subconscious minds are working together. This helps you understand the reasons behind what’s happening in your body or mind and find answers. The therapist acts as a guide, helping you safely reach this state and explore it with support.
How can energy healing like Reiki or Quantum Healing help me, and what can I expect in a session?
Energy healing like Reiki or Quantum Healing helps clear blocked energy in the body, supporting emotional, physical, and mental healing. It can reduce stress, release stuck emotions, and increase your sense of calm, clarity, and vitality. During a session, you relax fully clothed while the practitioner gently places their hands on or near your body. Most people feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or refreshed after a session.
What is hypnotherapy and how is it different from regular counselling ?
Hypnotherapy uses a relaxed, trance-like state to access the subconscious mind and understand what’s happening at a deeper level. In contrast, regular psychotherapy involves talking with a therapist to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors over time. While talk therapy helps build long-term understanding and coping skills, hypnotherapy often works more quickly by going straight to the root of the issue. Hypnotherapy or regression therapy is simply therapy happening at a deeper, more subconscious level. Research shows that combining hypnosis with counselling methods like CBT can create even more effective and lasting change.

My sessions are a good mix of cognitive work (talking through thoughts and patterns), subconscious work (like hypnotherapy or regression), and energy healing (like Reiki or quantum techniques). This combination helps support you on all levels, mental, emotional, and energetic, for deep and lasting healing. Each session is tailored to your needs and comfort level.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?
