Are you living with Chronic Fatigue, but your medical reports show nothing wrong? Welcome to the club. It’s a space no one wants to be in and constantly wonder: Is this a mental issue or a physical one? What am I doing wrong that others are doing right?
After years of visiting clinics, undergoing countless tests, and following allopathic treatments, the doctors finally said, “There’s nothing more we can do.” That moment was devastating. I was left without answers, holding pile of reports and a heart full of despair. It felt like I was abandoned to fate, left regretting life choices I couldn’t undo. Loneliness slowly took over, and the victim mindset became my default. I kept asking, “Why me?” I felt betrayed by a higher power I had always trusted. I was angry at God, yet confused, because I didn’t know what I had done to deserve this.
Fear became a constant companion, of a nameless disease, of never returning to a normal life, of becoming a burden. Chronic pain pulled me into isolation, and I began to believe I was a failure. Guilt consumed me for not being able to show up for my family and I feared becoming irrelevant in their lives. Helplessness would often push me into long episodes of crying, anger, and frustration with the world around me.
Eventually, in a moment of complete surrender, I fell to the floor and broke down. I spoke to God, not with demands, but with a raw, open heart. I said, “Let me go through this pain. I’m ready to see what I haven’t been able to understand.” That moment changed something in me. Beneath all the pain, I found acceptance. I realized there were lessons waiting to be learned. I stopped blaming the outside world and turned inward. I was finally ready to go with the flow of life.
That’s when signs started to appear. Books like The True Nature of Energy by Diane Wing and How to Heal Yourself When No One Else Can by Amy Scher found their way into my life. I took it as a sign from the universe. I read them, took baby steps, and began to follow their guidance. My pain didn’t vanish, but I had something new, a sense of purpose. The more I learned, the more curious I became. I started connecting with wellness therapists who practiced regression therapy and clinical hypnotherapy. The thought of hypnotherapy terrified me as I was scared of losing control. But something inside whispered, “Trust the process.”
I followed that instinct and started sessions. What happened in the first session shifted my perspective entirely. I began to see my issues through a lens I had never considered. After a few sessions, and with a proper nutrition plan from Luke Coutinho, I started feeling lighter not just in my body, but also in my soul. I had a clearer, more compassionate understanding of what was happening within me. I could finally acknowledge the role I had unknowingly played in my own suffering. It wasn’t easy, but it was powerful. My mental and physical health began to improve.
Inspired by this transformation, I made a decision to learn the healing modalities that had helped me. Though skeptical at first, I was encouraged by my therapist and teacher to follow this path. I enrolled in the TASSO, and EKAA training programs. The journey was intense but incredibly rewarding. Through the training, I met batchmates who shared their stories and for the first time, I felt truly understood. There was no judgment, only acceptance and support. The deep connection I had always longed for was finally within reach.
I’ve always struggled with trust and genuine connection, but now, I had a chance to heal that too. This is my story, and today, I feel called to share it so that I can offer others the same kind of support I once desperately needed. So many beautiful souls have guided me along this path and now I carry the light forward for someone else.
Today, my heart is full of gratitude and love. I continue to release the old beliefs that kept me stuck, the fears, the patterns, the victim mindset. I welcome universal love and embrace this newer, freer version of myself. And I invite you to do the same.
Let’s support each other. Let’s heal together. Let’s make this world a softer, more compassionate place—one story at a time.
